Learning how to work together

Today for Discovery time we were practising how to work with others.
These are the things we decided we were going to be looking and listening for-
-speaking nicely to each other and using nice words
- using our manners
- using our hands for helping
-asking nicely if we want to use something someone else is already using
- thinking about the volume of our voices when we are talking to our friends

Hovercrafts

Today we made hovercrafts with our friends from room 16. We used recycled sipper bottle tops, old cd's and balloons. After we made our hovercrafts we wrote instructions about how to make them. Please read our work! Hovercraft Instruction Writing

Arthur's Home Learning

This week Arthur  brought in some of the home learning tasks he has been working on.

He has completed an activity challenge by attending swimming lessons weekly and working hard to reach all of the goals in each of the different levels.

He and his family made cute soft toys out of socks! He had to be patient while he stuffed dacron into the sock and then decorated it by sewing eyes on with his mum.
