Emma's little ladybug
Yesterday Emma saw a ladybug on a plant. Her brother picked it up and put it onto her cat Flynn's plant. Emma picked it up and put it into a container and brought it to school to show.
Today the ladybug needed some food so we had to find out what they eat. They eat aphids and spiders. EW!
So we went to Mrs Anglesey's room and asked to have some of her swan plant that had aphids on it. Emma hates aphids.

Today we learnt about what happens to milk once it leaves the dairy farm. At the milk factory it is put into a machine that separates it into cream and skim milk. This is what they use to make the different types of milk.
We talked about the cream and discovered what happens when you shake cream and a pinch of salt.
